Brief:
The clients in this instance had a 1970’s bungalow on a tight site with steep contours. It was in need of a full refurbishment and redesign.
Budget:
The design budget for the project was €300,000.
Results:
The result transformed this house into a five bed, three floor, 2300 sq ft house oozing with character.
