Renovation- Inchicore
Brief:
The clients are a young family who wants to completely overhaul and modernise their existing house. They are not in need of any additional space but want to instead redesign their home in a more practical way to accommodate contemporary and open plan living. I addition the clients wanted a bespoke kitchen to compliment the whole design.
Budget:
Initial design budget of €100,000.
We discovered by building your own bespoke kitchen it would cost the same as an ordered kitchen.
Results:
The vision is to create a modern open plan living arrangement with a light-filled dining/kitchen area and lounge. The garden to the rear is now connected to the internal living space bringing the outside in.
