Foxrock

The Client owned the adjoinery property and wanted to make the most of his large side garden by building a new dwelling.

​

The new design is informed by the irregular site constraints and in context within the sensitive location of Foxrock. The site forced us to develop an angled floor plan. The client wanted to take in picture views of the mountains to the gable side of the dwelling.
