Donnybrook - Renovation and Extension
Brief:
The brief in this instance was to completely renovate the interior of the existing house with high end bespoke finishes, extend the kitchen and dining area to the rear and create a lovely roof top garden above.
Budget:
The budget was very generous in this instance. For the complete renovation, extension and landscape the budget was €1,000,000
Result:
The result is a very high end interior finish with bespoke detailing throughout the house. We created a lovely frameless glazed box both in the courtyard and the entrance to the roof garden. There is a lot of attention to detail.
