Model in context:

The main elevation pays tribute to Dutch Billies, which is a building style where a gable is located to the front of a building rather than its side. This typology dominated Dublin’s built fabric in the early 18th century and it’s where we drew our inspiration from.

Brief:

The Brief was to design a contemporary apartment complex that is human scaled and empathetic to its surroundings.

Results:

Dublin City Council granted planning for this development in late 2019. A third party appeal was taken to An Board Pleanala with a decision due in mid 2020.
