Renovation and Extension - Mobhi Road
Brief:
​The Client in this instance were a small family, who wanted to completely renovate and modernise the existing house and extend the kitchen/living area so that they could comfortably accommodate their grown family.
Budget:
​The budget was generous with an initial budget of €250,000 for the two storey extension and renovation.
Result:
The Design is informed by the site. The result was to create a more open plan living arrangement that allows for a modern living arrangement. The concrete facade of the original garage was retained with timber louvers added to create privacy. The internal layout is enhanced with intelligent detailing to maximise the bespoke look.
